Default Field: User info into generic template

I have set up a letter.dot. I gets the letter users details from the user
details on each users machine. However, they have to press F9 to update the
fields to their infomation when they load the template. Is there anyway of
creating a template without it filling in the creators user information so it
will fill in the info each time the user loads the dot or setting up an
automatic update?

Default

Create an autonew macro in the letterhead template that updates the fields
each time a new document is created from the template. The code used as an
example at http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm will do the job
