how can I create & print a 2 sided program (wedding) using Word?
I'd like to insert a photo and fold the 8.5 by 11 sheet to create 4 "pages"
in total

I've done something like that. You need to do two pages, one for the front
and one for the back. Set your page layout to "landscape" and set up a
two-column style. You'll have to monkey with the margins, col size etc to get
the right layout, gutter, etc. Also do a mockup with paper and pencil to get
the right pages in the right place (eg, p1 (cover) will be the right hand col
of the page that also has page 4 in its left-hand col.).
