Default Force a page to be Odd or Even

Is it possible to force a page to always be either Odd or Even? I want the
chapter heading, for example, to always be on an odd page. Can I do that, or
do I simply have to insert blank pages? While that works, as the docuement
changes, I have to always go in and add or delete the blank pages to make
sure the chapter headdings are on the odd page.

You can force it with an Odd Page section break.
