Default How do I set up a roster template?

Just want help with good ideas to set up a roster. Particularly about margin
setting and keeping names in alphabetical order when updating. Looking to
format with three colums members name full address and phone numbers.

esp. since you might want to _do_ something with (or: to :-)) the data
(all sorts of mailmerges conceivable), I'd chose Excel as a base for
that thing.

Sorting etc. goes with the territory. You can format away in Excel
already (just leave each entry in one row, with now empty rows), or you
can then always merge to Word with different layout.
