Layout 20 pictures evenly spaced from one another in Word
I don't have photoshop or publisher. I'm placing 20 1" x 1.5" photos in a
Word doc but I want to lay them out evenly spaced from one another, top/bottom and both sides? Can you format more than one photo at a time? I can't click on several pictures at a time in order to change its format? |

- Insert a table in the document, say 4 columns by 5 rows.
- Select the whole table. - Click Table AutoFit Fixed Column Width. - With the whole table still selected, right-click and choose Cell Alignment, then click the center icon (to center the cell contents both horizontally and vertically). - To remove the table's borders, press Ctrl+Alt+U. When you paste or use Insert Picture From File to put a picture into a cell of the table, Word will automatically size the picture to fit into the width of the cell. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
