Default How to have text automatically repeated and updated

Hi I amtrying to type a word such as the title of a recipe "Spaghetti"
one time in my document and then have the same word appear in several
other selected parts of my document.

When I modify the main title of the recipe "Spaghetti" to "Risotto" for
example, I would like all the other field to change automatically.

How do I do that?

Thanks,

Francesco

For repeating text in a general way, see
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm. But:

1. If you want the title repeated in the document header, see Word's Help
about the StyleRef field.

2. If you want it in a table of contents, see
http://www.ShaunaKelly.com/word/toc/CreateATOC.html

3. If you want it in an index, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Numbering/CreateIndex.htm
