Default Protect all the fields except a few in mail merged document

Hi,

I am using merge fields in the letter document and i need to protect all the
fields except a few.
For example, after merging the document the user should not be able to edit
any words except 'He' in the following sentence.

He is located at {{To_Addr1}}

I am using VB6 to open and merge the letter document created in MS word 2003.

Please help me to achieve this.

Thanks
Ramesh

I got the solution for this through the existing post named "Mail merge
