Running Windows XP and Word 2002. In Word, I download a business card
template from the Microsoft site. I change the first card the way I want it.
Is there a feature that will update all the other cards on the template to
the first one?

Select the modified business card and Copy (Ctrl+C). Select the entire table
(sheet) and Paste (Ctrl+V).

You can do a mail merge but that's really time consuming. I would suggest
just copying the info in the card and pasting it in the other areas. It's
much faster than trying to automate it.

Highlight the text with your mouse... Press Ctrl+c
Click where you want the text to be pasted.. Press Ctrl+v
Repeat as needed
