prevent date change on documents i re-open
When i create a document (letter) and open it at a later date the date on the
letter changes to the current date not the date the document was created. How do I prevent this from hapening? |

Press Alt+F9 to display the date field code and change DATE or TIME to
CREATEDATE. Then Alt+F9 to toggle the display back and F9 to update. It's a good idea to use a CreateDate field in your letter templates to begin with. -- Suzanne S. When you InsertDate & Time... ensure that 'update automatically' is NOT ticked.
