My mail merge labels have no first name? Why?
Office 2000 mail merge was much easier. Finally got labels after fooling
around for several hours, but there was no first name on the labels. Does first and last name have to be in the same block of a list. |

I guess that you are using the Address Block. Instead of doing that, just
insert the mergefields that YOU want to use in the configuration that YOU want them. See the article "Mail Merge to Labels with Word XP" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Newbie" wrote in message ...
