end notes
I have made a terrible mess out of my end notes. Because of added text and
editing deletions, somehow they ended up a confused mess -- and -- I have a bunch to add. How can I add new notes and see to proper sequential numbering when I insert new ones. The new ones will be interspersed with the old ones, before, after, and among. Will this correct the misnumbering now present as well as mesh the pre-existent numbers with the new ones? Thanks -- chuck |

end notes
If you have created the endnotes using Word's Insert | Footnote command,
they should renumber automatically. If you have not, you should go back and create the endnotes this way, pasting the content of the current manually created ones into the new automatic ones and then deleting the old ones. -- Suzanne S.
