articles?

Shauna,

I've spent a lot of time trying that already with no luck. Part of the
problem, of course, is that "knowledgebase" and "FAQ" get you lots of
pointers to KB articles and FAQs, not templates for creating same. But even
looking at packages of templates doesn't turn up any with these particular
ones. So I'm hoping a reader of the newsgroup will know of one.

Your best bet, then, is to create your own. FWIW, the MSKB uses InfoPath
templates.
