alt arrow keys don't function
What are you expecting them to do? In previous versions, Alt+Left/Right are
for WebGoBack and WebGoForward; the former can be used to return to the jumping off point of a hyperlink. They are still assigned this function in Word 2007, but they won't do anything unless you've followed a hyperlink, I think. Alt+Shift+arrow can be used to promote/demote outline levels; perhaps it is those shortcuts you were thinking of? -- Suzanne S.
