I want to select technical, formal and informal writing styles
There used to be an option to select the style of writing (technical, formal,
sceintific, informal, casual) in a document. I thought it was under Tools, Spelling and Grammar. I cannot find it in Woord 2003. Has it been removed or relocated? |

I want to select technical, formal and informal writing styles
Hi Maggie-
As time goes by and our level of intellect dwindles to accommodate the masses, the 'rules of grammar' have become mutilated & diffused to the point that there is no _correct_ way to write or speak. However, diehards can go to ToolsOptionsSpelling & Grammar, then click the Settings button and customize the specs to synch with your preferences. I believe it is tucked away due to the fact that most folks either disable or altogether ignore grammar checking.
