How do I use the Format Painter button ?
FWIW, I find Copy Format (Ctrl+Shift+C) and Paste Format (Ctrl+Shift+V) more

The Painter works well in Excel, but (for instance) if I format a cell in a table a certain way (colour, centred, bold say) select the cell, click the painter, and then click a new cell - nothing..... no format copying, nothing. Am I missing something ? Regards Rob Lepper |
