Can you insert a pdf file into a word 2007 document?
If you have Acrobat (or Reader) from version 7 onwards, you can insert a PDF

Is there a add-in or a tool that you know of that will allow you to insert several pages? TY Sally A. No. Word objects cannot span pages.
You should either create each page of the PDF as a new page or use one of the assorted tools or OCR software to convert to a Word document - Finereader 9 does a pretty fair job of conversion, but no converters are perfect. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Sally A.
