Other characters in a document
Hi,
We have 1 PC using Word 2000 and all the documents we view that was sent from someone else has a bunch of characters throughout the document. How can we get ride of these extra characters? I would think that the view is setup somehow to display these characters. Thanks |

Thanks Your description isn't enough to help us identify what's happening, but maybe you have nonprinting characters displayed -- see http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Format...PrintChars.htm. Try clicking the ¶ button on the toolbar to see if that fixes it. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
