How to avoid text format change between normal and web format?
Hi ?B?cmVnYWxfZ2F0b3I=?=,
I need to be able to post Microsoft word documents on a web site as a web page. When Microsoft makes the conversion the text formatting is changed. How can I avoid the change? Which version of Word do you have? As a general rule, from Word 2000 onwards, if you save as a web-page all the Word information should be saved with the document. However: a browser is NOT Word; a browser cannot support everything a Word document might contain; and a browser on a different machine may not be able to display text in a particular font if that font is not installed on that machine. Your machine may well have fonts other machines do not - there's nothing you can do about this.
