How do I FORCE a field to come first in a mail merge for envelope.
I have typed in a huge mailing list. Now I am printing my envelopes and it
always wants to put the job title BEFORE the persons name and on the same line. (It thinks it should be a title like Mr. or Mrs.) I want the persons name on one line, and then their job title (ex. Vice-President) on the second line. Any Ideas? |

Don't use the address block field. Insert the individual fields where you
want them placed http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org wrote: I have typed in a huge mailing list.
