How do I create a checkbox that references another checkbox in a form?

Unfortunately, you cannot. Checkboxes are "invisible" to Word's internal
cross-referencing. The only possibility is to use a macro that executes
"onExit". The macro checks the setting of the checkbox that was just
left and applies the setting to the other(s).
