Protected document becoming unprotected
I am activating document protection with a password to allow track changes
only. The document is coming back unprotected and I am unable to see the edits made. The reviewer has no way of knowing the password. What is happening here? |

is it really unprotected? maybe unchecked Tools Track Changes Highlight
