Applying Styles from one template to existing documents
I have a new template that has a number of customized Styles that my
organization wants to use going forward. I want to know if there is a way to add the Styles from the new template to any historical documents, rather that having to recreate the Styles and apply them to all historical documents. I am currently using MSWord 2002 SP2. Thanks |

Hi Cory-
You should be able to get the styles copied using the Organizer. Go to ToolsTemplates and Addins and click [Organizer] in the lower left corner. On one side specify a file that has the styles, and on the other side the doc or template you want to copy them to.
