Mail merge filter/sort problem in Word 2003
I'm trying to use mail merge with "advanced" selection in Word 2003 with an
Excel 2003 database. The problem is that, at the select recipients stage, clicking on the down arrow beside any of the fields does not bring up the filter/sort tabs, etc. This worked perfectly well in Office XP. Also, 2003 takes notice of the filter/sort selections in my old XP files, but I can't change them! I've "repaired" and updated Office, including SP2. Also, I haven't found any refernce to this problem on the web. Any ideas? PP |
