Default Stay! Dont Move! Be There When I Get Back!!!!

I keep making a custom toolbar or customize the standard toolbars (Word
2003)(Win Xp Pro)

however when I log out of the computer and come back on, the toolbars have
reverted to their original settings.

The toolbars stay where I have moved them.....but the buttons I have changed
are gone.

I dont why the buttons wont stay put!!! Does it have anything to do with
the fact that I have my computer set not to keep a list of my recent docs?

Any ideas???
