Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know how to make contextualTabs visible when they are out of
context ie. TableToolsDesign tab visible when there is no table selected.
Is this possible? I have tried the following to no avail:

contextualTabs
tabSet idMso="TabSetSmartArtTools" visible="true"
tab idMso="TabSmartArtToolsDesign" visible="true" /
tab idMso="TabSmartArtToolsFormat" visible="true" /
/tabSet
/contextualTabs
