Default print layout view in Word 2003 doesn't show formatting

Instead of showing what the document actually looks like, the text runs from
clear at the top of the page to the very bottom of the page. This is using
the print layout view in Word 2003.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View tab | check the "White
space between pages" box | OK.
