Default Where are the "close all" and "save all" options in Office 2007?

In previous version of Office you could activate a "close all" or "Save all"
option if you had more that one document open, is this also in 2007?

You can add those commands to the Quick Access Toolbar (via Office button |
Word Options, Customize category).
