How do I prevent the footer from printing on the pages?
I want to display the footer for internal use and reminders for team members,
but I don't want the footer to print on the document. How can I turn off the printing without impacting the original document or template? |

How do I prevent the footer from printing on the pages?
If you do not have any graphics in the body of the documnet, one way is to
put the footer text inside a Text Box and uncheck the Drawing objects box in the Include with document section of the Print tab of the TooslOptions dialog. Or you can format the font for the footer text as Hidden and have the Hidden text box checked on the View tab of the ToolsOptions dialog and have it unchecked on the Print tab. -- Hope this helps.
