Default Only one line from electrial address book from WD2000

Envelope from WD2000 will only place one line (the name) and no street
address, city, State, or Zip. Outlook, Outlook Express and Word address book
are all linked together and it is as though WD2000 only sees the first line
in the address (Contacts) book. I also have WordPerfect 9 - would that have
anything to do with it? Have tried rewriting the Addresslayout with macro -
doesn't work!

Can anyone help?

It could be that the envelope address paragraph style frame is locked at one
line. Change the height of that frame to auto - see
http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm (the dialogs are for a
later version of Word but the principle is the same).

See also http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm and the associated envelope
templates which may provide a workaround.
