how do I make the "ampersand" visible in a pull down menu

If you mean Word's menus then enter two of them eg Fish && Chips

Thks. I see the & in the drop down form field when I add "A && W" as a
choice. but when I select it it does not show up on my form with the ampersand, it shows as "A W". I am using word 2003.
