Default Word 2007 - Printing Labels - Only shows Page 1 of 1

I have printed labels many times and worked correctly. This time I have
selected a diff label size 8163 which is 10 per page. I have 93 records in
my Excel file.

It shows all 93 records if I click the arrows in the Preview on the ribbon
tool bar.

It only shows 10 records on the page on the screen and when I print.

I can only get it to print 10 records - page 1 of 1.

How do I get it to print all 9 pages (93 labels - 10 per page)?

Instead of trying to print the document, click the "Finish & Merge" button
at the end of the Mailings tab in Word 2007 and
a. select "Edit Individual Documents...", which merges to a new document,
then print that, or
b. select "Print Documents..."

PERFECT!

That's what I was missing Peter.

Thanks for helping me stop banging the head against the wall.

Cheers,
Matt
