mail merge page breaks question
I'm working in Microsoft XP and merging from an Excel spreadsheet. (Name, Room #) I need every class list to appear on a new page or start at the top of the next page even though the list is in one database. (It's ok if some of the fields at the bottom of the page are blank.) Any suggestions? If I need to use an If Then statement, please help with very specific instructions. I'm very unfamiliar with this function. Thank you so much! I posted this in the wrong category can can't figure out how to delete it... -- computerteacher2 |
