How can I double space my documents automatically in Word?
Ctrl+2 will double-space selected text. If you want all text in all new
documents to be double-spaced, you need to modify a style in Normal.dot. I do NOT advise modifying the Normal style, on which most others are based. Instead, modify Body Text and apply it to the default empty paragraph in Normal.dot. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...alTemplate.htm and http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...BodyStyles.htm -- Suzanne S.
