Use Excel for a roster because it already has grids and an AutoFill function
for repetitive dates. If it is complete roster, you can also Outlook using a new Calendar and creating repetitive appointments printing off the Calendar over periods desired. -- Terry Farrell - Word MVP http://word.mvps.org/ "belly" wrote in message ... trying to draw up a roster and was wondering if there was a template available to help? |

Excellent idea. The group I belong to has a roster that's kept in Word. I've
suggested Excel many times but she just won't use it although she does have it. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "TF" terryfarrell%40%6d%73%6e%2ecom wrote in message ...
