Wd '03-Date formats from Excel changed
Converted a Mail Merge template from '97.
Source file is an Excel WkBk (one sheet). The workbook is on a network drive. Dates on the XL records are formatted as yy-mm-dd The merge insists on changing then to mm-dd-yy. How can I "carve the format in stone"? Also, why does the (annoying safety feature) tell me the source file is from "ICP$" whenever I change the source? This used to be so simple! See the "Dates: day/month reversed" item under the "Connection methods"
