I need formula in excel spreadsheet to work in multple word pages
I am doing a paste special from excel to word. the spreadsheet spans several
pages and I need the formulas to work through all of them |

Use edit paste special html format with the 'link' box checked. Any

It isn't the answer unfortunately. I need to be able to manipulate the excel
spreadsheet within word so if I change numbers on page 1 the total filters through to subsequent pages. I am not concerned about changing the formula in excel and it reflecting in the spreadsheet in word. Perhaps I spoke too soon, it does function the way you have said. Is there a
way to simplify so I can double click on the table one one page in word, modify the number on that page and have the formulas filter through to other pages, even though I have not opened the tables on the other pages. No - it only works from Excel.. Another possibility is to paste as an Excel
Worksheet Object. Such objects will not span pages and so you would have to paste manageable sized links. Gridlines don't print. You need cell borders to have the cell outlines
