Default Tracked Changes Imported into PDF

If I convert a Word file containing Tracked Changes (revisions, comments,
etc.) into PDF, and that PDF is posted on a Web site, would it be possible
for a sophisticated hacker to access the Tracked Changes in that PDF file?
Thank you

Unless you created a "tagged PDF file" intended to be able to save back
into the original DOC, I'd put my buck on "no".
