Default Word templates

Hi,

I'm creating a template for our department's use and would like some
assistance, if possible.

We have one document which will be used for five divisions, which means a
different signature block for each division. Can someone explain to me how I
can get Word to present a dialogue/pop up box giving that person the
opportunity to select which signature block they wish to use and once
selected insert the information.

thanks in advance
Rebecca
