Default word 2007, In form using tool box drew a line

Using tool box, I drew a line and when I add text the line moves away.
How to draw a line in form so that I can fill.?

Using tool box, I drew a line and when I add text the line moves away.
How to draw a line in form so that I can fill.?

Click on the line. Now look for a tab that has formatting and/or layout
tools for "Drawing" or "Picture" or something like that. (It will
probably be at the very right on the Ribbon). Look for a group named
"Arrange". In it you should see a button named "Text Wrapping". Choose
"Behind Text".

then click "More Layout options". Go the "Picture Position" tab and make
sure "Move object with text" is NOT activated.
