I think what Charles is saying is you need to be more specific. lol

How do I get a space after pasting something into a document?
ok. Specifically... I have to send out letters, and I want to cut and
paste names into the letter, but every time I paste one, I want it to automatically insert a space behind the name. It used to do that, but I must have changed something, b/c it doesn't anymore. You may have turned off smart cut and paste.

No, I just checked that and it's on. Any other ideas?
