How Do I set a hyperlink in a Word Document to a specific location on a webb

Use a bookmark. On the web page, insert a bookmark. Suppose it's called
MyBook. Then, in Word, insert your hyperlink and just add #MyBook. For instance, when I created TheOfficeExperts, I used bookmarks. How do I do that? I can not find a way to insert a bookmark in Internet
explorer. Specificall, I want to point my reader to a definition in a set of EPA regulations that appears halfway down the page of the regulations. Unfortunately, there's no bookmark for that item on that page, and if it's
