footnotes are not printing
Rambling Rhonda wrote:
I have created a 12 page document with about 20 footnotes. On printing the document 1 footnote did not print. The same thing happened about 2 weeks ago. Does anyone have any suggestions, otherwise I have to retype the whole page? It's not even given that this would help. If at all, I would copy the footnote text into a new document, (there) select it and hit CTRL-SHIFT-N (Forces Normal style). Delete the footnote reference in the text and insert the footnote again (copying the text from the other document). Any better? What prints instead of the footnote? Only whitespace? Is this the only footnote on this page? Do you see the footnote in PrintPreview? If yes, then this could easily be a problem with your printer driver (check an up-/downgrade, or switch between PCL/PS driver if you can).
