Default table titles

I know in Excel you can have the top row of a table print on each page. Is
there a way to do that in MS word 2003 on XP Pro?

I have a long table and would like it to automatically add in the column
names every time the table goes to a new page. I'm adding to the table
constantly and this would be very useful.

Select the top row(s) of your table and select Heading Rows Repeat on the
Table menu.
