If I have 2 documents open, and I am moving from one to the other and back
again, how can I do this using a shortcut other than the mouse? |

CTRL+F6; CTRL+SHIFT+F6. Click "F1". Type "shortcut key" in the Index box
then double-click on the topic "Shortcut keys" to find a bunch of ways to speed up Word. -- Bill Foley, Microsoft MVP (PowerPoint) Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor - XP www.pttinc.com Check out PPT FAQs at: http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/ Check out Word FAQs at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/index.htm "John12721" wrote in message ...
