Sort pages
I have a Word document created using mail merge. I need to sort the pages in
a different order. Is there a quicker way to do this than cut and paste? There are 600+ pages to sort. |

Helo-
Word's electronic documents are not actually constructed of 'pages' the way the wind up on sheets of paper, so you can't shuffle them around like a deck of cards. The easiest & fastest way to get the doc in the order you want is to sort the data records _first_ , then redo the merge to create a new merge file. Word's Mail Merge Wizard provides the features to sort & filter the record source. HTH |:) "cAlcaya" wrote: I have a Word document created using mail merge.
