Printing centers itself
I'm working in Word 2007 on a Vista machine. I changed my paper size to 5.5
x 8.5, margins to .25 all the way around, portrait orientation for this document. Every time I print it, it gets centered on what would be an 8.5 x 11 so I see half the image. I have checked and re-checked my settings to no avail. Why won't it print correctly? |

Printing centers itself
It's probably an issue of the way in which the paper is being fed into the
printer. One way to overcome the problem would be to change the page size in Word back to 8.5 x 11 and the orientation to landscape and use the margin settings to position the text in the appropriate place on the 8.5 x 11 page so that when it is printed, it is in the desired place on the 5.5 x 8.5 paper. -- Hope this helps.
