viewing letterheaded paper on screen
using Microsoft Office Word 2003
We've got letterheaded paper in the office and I was wondering if anyone knows an easy way to view it in the background (like a watermark) but without printing (as our paper already has this on it). This would help for formatting, ie knowing exactly where to put the date, etc. to know how it would look like without having to waste headed paper. Thanks a lot for your help! |

Insert a First Page Header in your template that contains empty paragraph
that is formatted with the required space after it to force the text in the body of the document down the page so that it does not overtype the letter head. -- Hope this helps. Create a template that allows the proper margins and has the date already
inserted. See http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm -- Suzanne S.
