Editing a Form Template
In Word 2003 I was able to "unlock" a template form and edit the text,
header, etc. With Word 2007 everything is grayed out and I cannot edit in any way shape or form. I went into options and attempted to change a few things with no success. I would greatly appreciate any help. thank you. |

Editing a Form Template
Display the Developer tab (Office button | Word Options, Popular: "Show
Developer tab in the Ribbon"). On the Developer tab, click Protect Document to display the Restrict Formatting and Editing pane. Use the Stop Protection button to turn off document protection. Edit the form as desired. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "KimB" wrote in message ...
