Default How do I clear o file in Word that always appears when Word is op.

Evertime Word2000 is opened, the same file appears. Whether you delete it
from the disk. Or clear the contents of the file and save the blank copy,
when Word is open the file automatically appers.

Is there a way to clear this problem?
