Default convert a PDF file including hyperlinks created in word

I am trying to convert a PDF file from a word document that contains many
hyperlinks. I was wondering if is possible to convert the word document into
a PDF file and keeping active the hyperlinks. That would be a great help.

You can create a PDF with several free PDF creation "printer drivers",
including cutepdf at cutepdf.com. To create a pdf with clickable
hyperlinks, you may need to buy Adobe Acrobat.

Did you use the create PDF option on the Adobe toolbar from Word? Did you
set up the hyperlinks option in Adobe setup?
